The main bedroom’s ensuite steals the show with a unique freestanding bath and an overhead rainfall shower. Shower and bath are cleverly combined with a floor to ceiling window letting you take in the breathtaking views from across the valley. Floor to ceiling glass at the front of the house commands your gaze, with time standing still in view of the awe-inspiring mountain ranges, stretching on for miles. A notable part of the stay for our guests is how each bedroom showcases stirring views of the famous Wheelbarrow Mountain. Weekends are subject to a minimum 2 night stay This property has the option of an exclusive concierge service throughout your stay at a cost of ~10% of the final booking cost. This service includes a personalised itinerary, activity bookings on your behalf, organisation of transfers and other booking requests, someone to stock your property with your choice of groceries so you don`t have to go anywhere and a bottle of wine.
GETTING THERE AND DISTANCES
There is an IGA in both Rylstone and Kandos generally open from 9 to 6pm. If you are coming from Sydney there is a Woolworth’s in Lithgow where you can also purchase your food. Rylstone has 5 restaurants/cafes including the highly popular 29 Nine 99 where you can choose from a variety of freshly made dumplings. Mudgee has a large range of restaurants/cafes totalling 58 in town and out in the wineries, our favourites are:

Mudgee has over 50 vineyards and wineries that provide a wide range of speciality boutique red and white wines, many with cellar door and tasting available. There are several pubs & hotels in the area many of which serve traditional country meals and in addition, there are several wine bars to enjoy some of the local wines on offer.
ON THE PROPERTY
There are plenty of walking trails on the property for getting back to nature including the backdrop of the large mountain range creating an imposing view. Coxs Creek runs through the property attracting plenty of wildlife for viewing from the deck of the house.

Within 40 minutes of the property there are countless attractions should you have the desire to explore the surrounding area including Mudgee Wineries, Dunns Swamp, Nullo Mountain, Fern Tree Gully, Lake Windermere, Sofala, Hill End, Capertee Valley and much more.
