The Villa Cabernet is a privately owned, spacious villa located in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country at the Cypress Lakes Resort, minutes from cellar doors and restaurants of Pokolbin.
This fully air conditioned villa will accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 generous bedrooms both with TV's and king size beds (both can be split into 2 singles) plus 2 large modern bathrooms and a half bathroom downstairs. This property comes complete with all of the comforts of home such as; a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge and dining area and two balconies, one of which has an outdoor setting and an open fire.
Self contained with fully equipped kitchen incl oven, cooktops, microwave, sink, fridge etc. Linen provided to 5 star standards.

Rates
TARIFF - WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Occupancy is based on 2 or more guests per bedroom - single occupancy will attract a $60 linen fee
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 2 guests from $280 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 2 guests from $238 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Additional adults $70 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $60 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge
1 night bookings may be considered based on availability (surcharge applies)
3 night minimum for long weekend, Easter, Xmas and New Year bookings
Concert weekends are minimum 6 guests and a concert 10% surcharge may apply.
Our rates are based on 2 guests per room. For single room occupancy we charge an extra $50 per booking.
