The Loft is a single site, tiny home experience, run by the hosts on their own rural property. It is not part of a chain, franchise or time-share. All communication is directly with your hosts and every effort is made to provide a personal and individualised experience.

A 4WD accessed, bespoke, eco-inspired tiny home, set on 26 acres, 12 minutes from Mudgee. Enjoy a local wine while enjoying the sunset from the deck of your private bush retreat. This low-impact, 12Volt property is designed for adventurous couples seeking a memorable escape. A short walk is needed to access your tiny home from parking.
The Loft is Mudgee’s premier tiny home and one of only a handful of tiny homes available for rent in NSW. True to it’s concept of a tiny home, The Loft has an internal floorspace of 18m2.
Enjoy commanding views of the valley from your mezzanine queen bed. Treat your taste buds to local produce with your choice of a hot or cold breakfast (appropriate kitchen amenities available for preparation). Soak up the aroma of your Italian-brewed coffee or choose from the range of teas provided. Relax with a book from the small library. Savor a glass of local wine whilst taking in the sunset from the private deck.

The owners may or may not be at home during your stay; they are available via phone if there are any queries. It is kindly asked that you contact the owners if you require any input so every effort can be made to ensure your continued comfort during your stay.
Other things to note
The property prides itself on being eco-friendly; please be aware that The Loft has been designed to help guests unplug and unwind; television and wifi facilities are not available. A small library of books, magazines and games are provided.
The main property is accessible to all standard-sized vehicles. 4WD and automatic AWD vehicles only are able to navigate the track to the base steps leading to The Loft. 2WD vehicles can be parked at the base requiring a 180 m walk to the base steps. Guests also need to be fit enough to walk up 60 steps to access The Loft. Please consider this before booking.
Due to the ecologically sustainable nature of the building, The Loft is not climate-controlled – although measures are taken to make you comfortable, please note that winters can be cold and summers hot and take this into account when you make a booking.
