Crows Nest Beach House Details

The Crows Nest Beach House occupies a unique position atop Panorama Close overlooking the unspoiled seaside village of Agnes Water.
With wonderful sweeping views across the Coral Sea, the surf beach headland and national parks, this architecturally designed beach house is quietly unassuming but oh so special.
Watch the sunrise whilst lying in bed each morning and enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the deck - be the first in town to check the surf every day – the locals know the house and its magnificent views from the cul-de-sac.
Time slips slowly in the village. Everything is a little low key and very relaxed…sometimes things just take a little longer…after a day or two you won’t even notice.
Bring or borrow a book to sneak into the hammock for some ‘real’ down time. For those who fall asleep easily it’s a comfortable walk down to some of the best beach coffee you’ll find.
As the day comes to a close, watch the moon rise over a glimmering ocean. It’s a sight to share and remember. Try contemplating anything other than another idyllic day as the evening breeze carries the sound and smell of the surf up and across the bedroom decks...
Designed for couples who need a change of pace holiday this is one of those homes you will enjoy returning to at days end - take in a long shower overlooking the Coral Sea after some time on the beach and it’s hard not to feel complete!
With ocean views from every room in the house [and the monster couch as well] – a few days up on Panorama will feel like a week! Borrow one of our fishing rods and head down to the beach - with a little luck and some local knowledge you might just catch your evening meal and the sunset.
For a serious reef fishing experience, fabulous day out on the reef diving and snorkelling or any number of exciting activities drop by the information centre in town – the friendly folk will fill you in on all the great activities on offer. For those who prefer to laze on the sand, there are four beaches around town. Workman’s beach is a local favourite – the natural rock formations and secluded beaches are simply magical.
The Crowsnest Beach House experience is reminiscent of holidays and destinations that were of a more leisurely pace – where a little of the 1970’s fibro beach shack meets a whole lot of grand design - this is a holiday experience like none other.
The Crowsnest Beach House is a bespoke architecturally designed beach house perched high over the town of Agnes Water but still within walking distance to the beach and local shops and cafes. The Crowsnest gets its name from the distinctive viewing platform protruding from the master bedroom deck. From here you will enjoy a birdseye view sweeping across Bustard Head Bay, Agnes Water, Eurimbula National Park and the spectacular Coral Sea.
Built in 2010, this beautifully appointed beach house offers a contemporary, relaxed beach holiday experience. All rooms throughout the house provide stunning ocean and national park views. On those balmy days there is always a breeze sneaking through the house. Designed around a five metre atrium ceiling the house at night becomes something altogether different - it is a very subtle and quite perfect space...
