Rye Bayside Beaches Accommodation

Rye and its excellent beaches have long been a popular destination for residents of Melbourne looking for a location to take a short break, which is conveniently close to the city. This popularity has spread over the years, and Rye is now a major national vacation destination.
Rye Beach is the main tourist beach in the area. This is a wide sandy beach, with shallow blue water. A sun worshipper’s paradise, more akin to a tropical island than mainland Australia.
The oddly named No. 16 Beach is a little different. This is a wilder, more rugged beach. It still offers plenty of golden sand for visitors to enjoy, but it is also considered a wilderness area in its own right. A great beach to discover some of the areas marine life and flora.
